• This was a wonderful book .very well written.great characters and plots love how she gets into the psyche of the main character to show how they got to be the person they became in later books
• This is the best book that has been written in quite a long time from the V.C. Andrews ghost writer. The only problem is the time frame in which the book came out. It was too long in coming, plus it should have came out before the orphan series. As a matter of fact, the author could have skipped the orphan series. There still is a lot of missing information between Olivia and when the first book of the series started. It would have been nice to read some detailed information about the childhood of Hallie. Let's hope the author continue writing as well as Olivia was written.
• This is the first V.C. book I've really enjoyed in a long time. I was afraid this book would be a retelling of Olivia Foxworth's story, or worse, Lillian Cutler. However, this book, and its main character, are very different from those other stories. Olivia Logan will never win the "favorite heroine" award, but she may win the "least victimized" award. This book was much better than the Orphans series.

• Book is almost brand new, just a little shelf wear and sticker residue on the binding but other than that it's great!
• Love this series.... Very original.
