• I should have read the description with more attention because I didn’t realize this was all about hotels. I thought we’d discover some of the best spots on the coast, but it’s not really that. Reads more like a luxury hotel brochure. Not very informative. It does make for a good coffee table book and conversation starter, but in retrospect, I would have bought something different had I had a chance to flip through it before buying.
• Beautiful pictures and descriptions of areas of the Mediterranean. The book is very well done and will make you want to plan your own escape.
