  • All ingredients contained within the book are readily available at local health food stores and online, so there were no issues locating any of them. The author also discusses some of his favorite Vegan brands, which makes shopping a bit easier, especially if you're new to the Vegan lifestyle.
    This book received five stars because it’s written well, easy to follow, and has many educational sections for those like me who knew little about Vegan Cooking. I am under no obligation to give a good review, and much to the dismay of a different cookbook author, he got a one star as I felt my time was wasted with his book. This is an excellent cookbook for the vegan and for those who simply want to eat better.
  • The formulas in this book are all so season full, and spread each supper. Susan has some extraordinary breakfast formulas, which is an uncommon thing to discover for a moderate cooker that ranges in cooking time. The French Toast Casserole is beyond words, both brisk and simple to make.
  • I ordered my instant pot specifically for the Fresh & Healthy Instant Pot Cookbook. I am obsessed! It’s really changed my life by saving so much time. I can’t believe how many easy one pot recipes there are. One thing that I love is that there are so many variations of the recipes.
