Turbulence A Stone Barrington Novel Stuart Woods 9780735219205 Books Reviews

  • Woods has become so consumed with the trappings of wealth he no longer makes the story his priority. Just a constant barrage
  • Save your money and skip this book and probably the last three. His stories are getting more far fetched every publication.

This book was probably meant for young boys in junior high.
  • not an enjoyable read, has lots of stupid characters and plots
  • Good book if you are looking for 'fluff'.. Stone always knows 'someone' who can help...and always meets someone who can teach him to fly a new-to-him-plane..and My God...he sure goes through intelligent sexy women who are always single...predictable plot twists, familiar characters.....easy to read but not intriguing.....
  • If I could have given half a star, I would have. I keep telling myself that I am done with stone Barrington but I keep hoping that it will get better, this time I am definitely done with Stuart Woods and his Stone Barrington character. Once again if you are contemplating purchasing this book, do not waste your money. This is nothing intriguing or exciting to keep you riveted to this book. Absolutely a total waste.
  • Never seem to be enough pages in these books. You get us engrossed in Stones world and then just wrap it up, no fair. Guess I'll just have to wait for the next one... Not an easy task
  • Used to enjoy these books. Now they are about sex and what more Stone can buy at the snap of his fingers. There is NOT any real story - line. Rambling. Very boring read.
  • I enjoy books that are page turners Turbulence is one. When I read about Stone Barrington he takes me to another life of which I know nothing! Good reading for summer or cold winter days when you just want to be somewhere else. Looking forward to the next Woods book. Also I am fond of the Holly Barker novels
